Returns Policy

We aim to make sure the product you ordered arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or our service please contact us.

Refunds and Returns
We have a no-nonsense and no-quibbles returns policy.

You may exchange products for any reason up to 30 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened. If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don’t want an item, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement or refund within 30 days.

If you have asked for a refund, the money will be refunded and sent to your invoice address in the form of a cheque. These refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your returned item.

Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Product packaging must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly you will pay the return postage costs.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. We may require proof that the item was signed for as damaged on arrival. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge. Please send returns to:

Faulty Goods
If the product is faulty/damaged please give a full description of the fault/damage and return the item within 30 days of purchase complete with all instructions, gloves and lids for a full refund or replacement.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker – within ten working days of us receiving your returned product.

How to Return an Item
Include a note giving the reason for the return, and whether you would like a replacement item, alternative item or refund. Please also give us your name, address with postcode/zip code and order number.

Box up and package the item securely and send it to us using the address label/information on the front of the invoice which will be enclosed with your product.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty/damaged, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us via our Website and we will ensure your postage costs are refunded. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
